Country Fun!



​This delightful get-a-way has two lovely private guest rooms in the main house.

The upstairs room has one double cast iron bed, two twin beds and a private

bath.  The downstairs guest room has a queen-size bed, a small sleeper sofa and

 a private bath.  There is a large gathering room and a full kitchen.

A recently constructed "Upper Room", separate from the main house, includes a 

private balcony. The balcony offers views of gorgeous sunrises and beautiful 

rolling pastures. The Upper Room includes all the necessary facilities for a 

comfortable stay.

We are located 4 miles from historic downtown Round Top and

Henkel Square, in the heart of one of nation's largest antique events. In

the area and on the historic La Bahia Trail is the Festival Hill

Institute that offers a wide variety of musical talent and entertainment.

During your stay, whether in a group or alone, you can enjoy

wonderful shopping in the surrounding area.  Dine in Round Top at the

famous Royer's Cafe or other unique local restaurants.  Venture into the

surrounding small Texas' towns and enjoy learning their particular history 

and contributions to Texas.  Spend a quiet and relaxing time star gazing,

bird watching or sitting on a porch swing reading your favorite book.  Views

of gorgeous Texas' farmlands, wildflowers and sunsets landscape the area.
